Tried calling this agent many times and she never responded nor did she ever call back on a listing she had. And when I finally got a hold of her she was very rude and short coming with her answers to my questions. Didnt even bother to engage or get to know my needs. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I recently sold my home and purchased a new one. I was very nervous about it, but after talking with Xio, I realized that she was the person for the job. She knows the local area very well, answered all my questions, never made me feel rushed and understood that this was a big step for me. She put me at ease immediately and I felt confident that she always had my best interest at hand. She went through the entire process with me until both deals closed. She made sure to check in afterwards as well to make sure I was settling in ok. I understand why she is very busy.... Xio gets things done.

My initial contact with Xio was through a telephone call. I was quite surprised that a Realtor would actually answer calls on a Sunday afternoon. Needless to say the rest is history, I hired her to list my Condo that I had lived in for the past 40 years. Xio patiently guided and held my hand, but most importantly she negotiated the absolute best price and terms for my personal situation. We received multiple offers well over asking price and sold 18K over in less than 45 days. Xio is one tough cookie and I highly recommend her whether you are selling or buying!

Awesome job done by Xio, listed and received multiple offers in 2 weeks. Her strategy to price right and go all in with open house marketing Wed to Sun paid off! Property sold for $10,000 above list price with all final negotiated terms favorable to us. Xio is Outstanding! Xio is extremely professional- has community and market knowledge, is accessible and a good communicator AND Superior Negotiation Skills. Xio and her team have them all!! When I looked for a realtor to handle the sale of our home....which entailed working with 3 sisters- an added extra challenge as you go through listing a home and then escrow period.....I came across Xio. Even though Xio had 3 sisters to contend with her excellent communication skills and being accessible greatly lessened the hecticness when documents and such needed to be completed and signed. If you are looking for an experienced Realtor with outstanding negotiation skills: XioTheDeal should be your first choice. She listed my duplex and we received multiple offers within days at higher than asking price and we successfully closed $10k over list price. My family and I highly recommend Xio for all your real estate needs. We worked with other local agents for about 3 months with no results. Xio was the agent representing the seller of a property in Highland Park. I used her as my buyers agent. She kept telling me everything was going fine and that the process was delayed but that my offer would be submitted to the bank. I saw the house re listed with a different agent and yet Xio said everything was still fine. When I called the new agent who was also the BK lawyer for the seller i was told the house had an accepted offer. Xio never let me know this even though I tried to get in touch with her many time. I still have no idea how the listing changed from her to the BK lawyer for the seller and why I was kept in the dark.
